Let’s just say it: getting a Brazilian wax can feel… intimidating. Not because it’s actually scary, but because we’ve been taught to keep certain parts of ourselves hidden…physically, emotionally, energetically.
But when you walk into our wax room? That shame doesn’t get to follow you in.
The number one thing most clients want to know before their first wax is: Am I going to be judged? And the answer is an immediate, full-body no.

We’re not here to critique your body; we’re here to care for it. It doesn’t matter what you’ve got going on...
How long it’s been, what it looks like, or whether you’re a little nervous. We’ve seen it all, and we’re just honored you trust us to hold that space for you.
A Brazilian wax isn’t just about hair removal. It’s a moment of permission… to feel confident, low-maintenance, sexy, clean, empowered…whatever your reason is.
You don’t need a partner or a vacation or a special occasion. You get to do this simply because you want to feel good in your skin.
And yes, waxing has a few benefits that go beyond just the vibe shift. Many people make the switch because shaving just isn’t cutting it anymore, literally. If you’ve ever dealt with razor burn, ingrown hairs, or those painful little bumps that never seem to go away, waxing can be a game changer.
(There’s even a skin condition called hidradenitis suppurativa that causes painful cysts in areas prone to friction, and regular waxing often brings major relief.)
Plus, the smoothness lasts way longer than shaving, and over time, hair starts to grow back finer, softer, and slower. That’s because waxing removes the entire hair follicle from the root, and when it grows back, the follicle is a little weaker… so the hair feels less coarse and comes in less densely.
Even better?
When it does come back, it’s soft, not prickly or itchy like that Velcro stubble you get after shaving. No more dealing with the awkward “do I shave again or just live with the cactus legs?” phase.
If it’s your first time, don’t stress.
You’ll want to let your hair grow to about the length of a grain of rice, usually two to three weeks of growth if you’ve been shaving. Gently exfoliate a day or two before your appointment to lift the hairs and remove any dead skin, and show up in something soft and comfy (think: loose joggers or breathable cotton). You don’t need to bring anything else, just yourself.
And while this isn’t a major procedure (no ice packs, no downtime, no drama), there are a couple of simple aftercare steps that help keep things smooth and happy. For the first 48 to 72 hours, we recommend avoiding hot tubs, saunas, sexual activity involving friction, or anything that causes a lot of sweating and rubbing in the area. After that, you’re good to go.
So if you’ve been feeling the nudge to finally book it…this is your sign.
Not because you “should,” but because you can. And when you do?
We’ll be right here, ready to cheer you on, calm your nerves, and help you walk out feeling a little more connected to the most confident, radiant version of you.
